As you have downloaded the app now you are a valid female subscriber of LadyDoc. You can refer LadyDoc app to as many female friends and to those who care for the females to make this a movement. Accidental Insurance is free…WOW…How can I avail it?
Once you register on the app/website www.ladydoc.in or update your profile on the App & you refer it to aby of your friends you get link to fill up the KYC form, complete the form and submit it to be approved by the insurance service provider.
Terms and Conditions to avail the accidental insurance in brief;
• Subscriber should be a female with age above 18
• Subscriber should be a working female
• Housewife, Student, Non-working females can download the app but cannot avail the accidental insurance offer.
What is the duration of insurance coverage?
The cover is effective until you have the app installed on your smart phone. Once you uninstall the app the insurance cover gets exempted. LadyDoc will not be able to help if in case you raise a claim for payout. LadyDoc will renew your insurance cover if it gets expired on the 365th day of the policy (provided the app remains installed on your phone). So keep checking and using the app.

How can I check the answer?
You will be notified via message about the answered question. It takes 24-48 hours for the question to be answered by a doctor. You can login and check the answers for your question.

We accept electronic payments made via credit card, debit card and all authorised online payment systems.
Is there any hidden charge/charges or service fees involved?
No, we do not charge any service fees from our subscribers.

What is a coupon or QR code?
Coupons have additional discounts on existing offers. You can use the coupon code or scan the QR code to redeem the discount for the service you need.
Can a coupon be redeemed more than once?
Coupons are limited to one time use only.
Can I use more coupon on one go?
No. Only one coupon per vendor for one item. However you can avail offers listed by vendor.
I am unable to use/scan the coupon/QR code, why?
Check that you are providing a correct coupon code. The validity of the coupon/QR code might have expired. Make sure you are not reusing the code. Write/Contact your LadyDoc support team.
Can I cancel the selected offer, if yes, how?
We know that there will be a genuine reason for you to cancel the selected offer, you may just write to the support team and inform.
When and how will my reward points get credited to my account?
The system works dynamically, your earned reward points automatically get credited to your account once the payments you make are processed. All adjustments are made based on your activities using the LadyDoc app.
